Medusa detector finder
The detector series that run mDOS get an IP address when connected to a network with a router. This tool scans the network and lists all the detectors that are connected to the network.
The picture below shows a screenshot of the program. The medusa detector finder can find the IP address or the hostname.
The mDOS web server can be accessed through an internet page. In the example of the screenshot below, the interface can be accessed by navigating to the following address:
(Type this in the address bar of your browser)
192.168.6.49 or SO4200-0033.local
This will connect you to the landing page of the mDOS interface.
